Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
Introduction
The Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Committee meets regularly with rights holders, industry groups, the Taiwan government, and the representatives of the European Commission and individual European trade offices to work towards improving IPR protection for rights holders in Taiwan. The committee has a working-level relationship with Taiwan's Ministry of Justice, Judicial Yuan and Intellectual Property Office. The IPR Committee also regularly coordinates with other IP-related industry organizations and with counterparts from the other European chambers in Asia
