For a change and to cater to ECCT members who have acquired a palette for a tipple slightly stronger than wine, the forthcoming “wine” tasting dinner will not be featuring any wine, only whisky. Guests are kindly invited to join fellow whisky lovers for a wee dram or several at Diageo Malts Society, featuring a variety of fine Scotch whiskies.

At this exclusive dinner, guests will be able to savour an exquisite selection of dishes, several of which use whisky as a signature ingredient. Each dish will be paired with an exquisite single malt whisky from Scotland.
About Diageo Malts Society
Taiwan is very far from the Scottish Highlands where the world’s finest whiskies are lovingly distilled and aged. And even for those fortunate enough to take a trip to Scotland, it is not possible to visit all of the best distilleries because of Scotland’s large territory. Diageo’s Malt Society offers the best alternative to an actual trip to Scotland for whisky lovers. The venue provides a quiet refuge and a taste of the Scottish Highlands in the heart of Taipei where guests can relax among friends and savour some of the world’s finest single malt Scotch whisky varieties. 
The evening will be hosted by Jonathan Wy, a whisky connoisseur and Diageo Master of Whisky having abundant experiences in alcohol and catering industries more than 20 years. He's also an instructor in Wine and Spirit Education Trust as well as Diageo Bar Academy.

*This is an exclusive event and seating is limited. Places will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis.
A short tour of Diageo Malts Society will take place during the event.
