2017 Tainan-ECCT Low Carbon City & Circular Economy Conference, following the successful collaboration in 2016, co-hosted again by Tainan City Gov. and ECCT's Low Carbon Initative (LCI), gathers together recognised industry experts and decision makers in the field and to present circular economy solutions, with 300 key people at Tainan Shangri-La Far Eastern Plaza Hotel on 4 Dec. 2017.
