At the event, opening remarks were made by Lai Ying-ying, Director-General of the Resource Circulation Administration (RECA), under the Ministry of Environment (MOENV); Olivier Letessier, LCI Co-chair and Dr Su Hung-Dah, Director-General of EUTW.
