On 24 March, the ECCT Low Carbon Initiative met the Institute of Transportation Deputy Director-General Chi-Kuo Lin and his team to discuss European best practices in smart and green transportation. A forum titled "sustainable mobility" will be cohosted by the ECCT LCI and IoT in Sept. 2014. The IoT has served as the Ministry of Transportation and Communication (MOTC)'s long term think tank.
