The European Chamber of Commerce Taiwan (ECCT) would like to announce four major advertising opportunities for 2022. In addition to our 900 plus members, who are mostly senior managers of foreign multinationals, the ECCT's advertisements can often be seen by executives of major local corporations, senior governmental officials, foreign community leaders, and European organisations and institutions both in Asia and in Europe. Therefore, advertising with the ECCT allows you to directly promote your products or services to a very exclusive clientele.

1. Website advertising
The ECCT's mobile friendly website at https://www.ecct.com.tw/ offers several prime locations for advertising, including Banner Ads on the home page and the online Membership Directory, giving your company great exposure.

2. Euroview online
The ECCT's flagship online magazine, Euroview, offers a variety of advertising opportunities, including long or square banner ads and advertorial.

Euroview is an established ECCT brand that has been in existence since the chamber's founding year in 1988. It is read by Taiwan's top corporate executives, government officials, European organisations, and institutions both in Asia and Europe. Since transitioning to a purely online version in 2020, Euroview is no longer be restricted by geography and thus open to a much larger global audience, thereby providing an even more prominent marketing opportunity to enhance your brand's image and reputation in Taiwan, the Asia Pacific Region and globally. Advertising slots are limited and awarded on a first-come-first-served basis.

3. Europe Day Dinner
The Europe Day Dinner (EDD) is the ECCT's signature event usually held in May. Gold sponsorship opportunities are open to all member companies. For logistical reasons and to maintain the value of the gold sponsorship, EDD gold sponsorships are limited to just sixteen (16) each year. Applications are invited from all member companies. The deadline for the submission of applications is 28 February 2022. If the number of gold sponsors exceeds 16, the following ranking criteria will apply.

1st Priority
Previous year EDD gold sponsors who purchased online advertisements for at least NT$100,000 or event sponsorship packages for at least *NT$150,000 in both the previous & current year.

2nd Priority
Purchased online advertisements for at least NT$100,000 or event sponsorship packages for at least *NT$150,000 in both the previous & current year.

3rd Priority
Purchased online advertisements for at least NT$100,000 or event sponsorship packages for at least *NT$150,000 in the current year.

4th Priority
Purchased online advertisements for at least NT$100,000 or event sponsorship packages for at least *NT$150,000 in the previous year.

* Excluding Europe Day Dinner Sponsorships.

If more than 16 applicants meet the criteria, applications will be approved on a first come, first served basis.

IMPORTANT: In order to be valid, 2022 sponsorship agreements must be signed and sent to the ECCT Marketing Department (signed scan, hard copy, or fax) by no later than 28 February 2022. Applicants failing to do so before the deadline will be deemed as NOT having purchased advertisement for the current year for the purposes of the criteria listed above.

Please note that due to unavoidable venue logistics, two of the gold sponsor tables may be perceived as being in a slightly disadvantaged position compared with the other 14 gold sponsor tables. Allocation of gold sponsor table positions is subject to an open and transparent lucky draw.

4. Gala Ball
The ECCT's Gala Ball ranks among Taipei's premier social events and is usually held in October. Bring along your spouse, colleagues, clients or business partners to this fantastic social event which features exciting high-quality activities, performances, a photo booth, gaming tables, a lucky draw with fantastic raffle prizes, great food & wine, a live band and much more along with the fun of a dance party. We invite members to become gold or raffle prize sponsors, which will give your company some great exposure. Sponsorship is limited.
