This questionnaire is designed to help the European Chamber of Commerce Taiwan assess how members feel about the range and quality of services and activities the ECCT provides. Your answers are most important and appreciated, since they help the Board of Directors to determine what actions to take in order to improve the operation of the Chamber in 2014.
The survey is being coordinated by TNS, one of the world's leading market research agencies. TNS operates within the professional Code of Conduct laid down by ESOMAR, the international governing body of the market research industry.

Please be assured that your responses will only be presented in aggregated form, along with answers from other ECCT members. Your identity will never be revealed.
Please answer the following questions as best you can, based on your own experience and knowledge. The questionnaire is split into two main sections:

1.      Your opinions about the specific services and activities of the ECCT.
2.      The importance of each of these services and activities to you personally and to your company or organization as a member of the Chamber.
Please fill in each question in turn. The questionnaire should take around 8 -10 minutes to complete. The closing date for completing the survey is 10 January, 2014.
