The 2016 Member Survey is designed to help the European Chamber of Commerce Taiwan (ECCT) assess how members feel about the range and quality of services and activities the ECCT provides. Your answers are most important and appreciated, since they help the Board of Directors and Secretariat to determine what actions to take in order to improve the operation of the Chamber in 2016.

The survey is being coordinated by TNS, one of the world's leading market research agencies. TNS operates within the professional Code of Conduct laid down by ESOMAR, the international governing body of the market research industry.

Please be assured that your responses will only be presented in aggregated form, along with answers from other ECCT members. Your identity will not be revealed.

The questionnaire should take around 10-15 minutes to complete.
