The 2024 EU Investment Forum will take place the afternoon of 18 November at the Taipei International Convention Center. This year’s forum will focus on strengthening EU-Taiwan cooperation to build more resilient and secure global supply chains, with discussions centred on the strategic role of key sectors such as ICT, mobility, telecommunication, semiconductors, and AI.

We are pleased to include key Taiwanese companies that have successfully expanded into the European market. Ms. Doris Hsu, Chairwoman of GlobalWafers Co., Ltd., Mr. Yu-Lon Chiao, Chairman of Walsin Lihwa Corporation, and Ms. Bonnie Tu, Chairperson of Giant Group, will all share details of their successful investment projects in Europe. Additionally, Mr. Hsien-Ming Lien, President of Chung-Hua Institution for Economic Research (CIER) and Mr. Paulson Tseng, Partner & Chief Digital Officer of Global Structuring Services (PwC), will provide their observations on the EU market, future investment opportunities, and business prospects.

Following the forum, an EU Investment Exhibition will be held, featuring representatives from EU member states based in Taiwan. Each member state will showcase its unique investment opportunities and highlights. This exhibition will offer services for Taiwanese companies interested in investing in Europe, providing firsthand information for entering the European market.
