Robert Walters has just released its 2021 Salary Survey, which for more than 20 years, employers and professionals have relied on to help them make critical decisions for their businesses and careers. In addition to a comprehensive guide to salaries for hundreds of roles in 31 countries, the new digital Salary Survey offers insights on the latest hiring trends and analysis of key industries, as well as video updates on market conditions from its experts.
At this event, the first release of the survey results to the public, our guest speaker will give an overview and key insights from the survey into the latest recruitment and salary trends in Taiwan.
Among other subjects, the speaker will provide insights on:
• How the recruitment market has been affected by the Covid-19 pandemic
• 2021 hiring trends and salary expectations
• Which industry sectors and skill sets will see most demand in 2021

About the speaker
John Winter is the Country Manager of Robert Walters Taiwan. He began his career in recruitment 15 years ago, initially in the UK before moving to Asia in 2010. He spent over three years in Singapore running several teams that recruited primarily for financial services clients before he joined Robert Walters as the Country Manager of Taiwan at the end of 2013. Since his arrival eight years ago, he has expanded the business coverage significantly. 2021 marks the 10-year anniversary since the office first opened in Taipei. Besides recruitment, he is an active member of several chambers in Taiwan and previously served on the board of the European Chamber of Commerce Taiwan for three years.
