Summer is almost here and what better way to chill out than with refreshing drinks, a delicious buffet, a stunning night view of the city with pleasant company at the Shangri-La Roof-Top Poolside. The All Chamber Happy Hour is always well attended and it offers a great networking opportunity with the Taipei Chamber network in a beautiful and relaxed setting. Casual Summer Dress – forget the Coat and Tie.
Shangri-La's Far Eastern Plaza Hotel will be offering us the following great menu –
Cold - Thai style papaya salad, Smoked chicken, avocado & sun dried tortilla wrap, Bagna cauda, Assorted vegetable sticks with warm provencal dipping sauce, Smoked duck with apple & celery salad, Beet cured gravlax, with honey mustard dressing.
Carving station - Pastry crusted Australian beef tenderloin, with Shiraz sauce.
Hot –Mini crab cake with pico de gallo, Honey spare ribs with strawberry salsa, Popcorn prawns with cocktail sauce, Mini gua-bao, Saffron arancini with red pepper coulis, Dutch style sausage puff.
Sweet - Seasonal sliced fruits, Saffron creme brulee, Blackforest cake, Matcha opera cake, Mini lemon meringue pie*PLEASE NOTE Planning of multi-organization events involves co-operation from all parties and guests.
