台北市松山區民生東路三段27號1樓 MAPECCT members and guests are kindly invited to attend a Wine Tasting Dinner at WINE-derful Wine & Dine where they can relish choice wines from Bodegas Valduero in the renowned northern Spanish wine area of Ribera del Duero selected by Wine Importer La Chapelle.

Ribera del Duero is an important wine-producing area in Castilla y Leon, northern Spain and awarded D.O. (Denominacion de Origen) status in 1982. This region is almost entirely devoted to red wine, with Tempranillo the most widely planted grape variety. It is known locally as Tinto Fino and produces wines which are deeply coloured. In the last 30 years, Ribera del Duero has risen up to challenge Rioja for the crown of Spain's greatest wine region, and was named Wine Region of the Year 2012 by the US Wine Enthusiast Magazine.

At this event we'll introduce a collection of wines by Bodegas Valduero, a family winery and one of the first to be founded in the D.O. Ribera del Duero. As one of the earliest wineries in this region, Valduero owns more than 4,000 oak barrels and a million bottles resting in the winery until the optimum moment. Their prestigious wine-tasting social club "the Barrel Club" is supported by many celebrities from different walks of life who are long-term Valduero wine lovers.

About WINE-derful 
Combining restaurant, bar, cellar and bakery in one place, WINE-derful is the biggest wine-themed restaurant in Taipei. The name of the restaurant is coined from the word "Wonderful", hoping that wine will make our life wonderful. WINE-derful also builds a professional wine cellar apart from their specialised "wine and dine" space and has a rental service for wine lovers to deposit and store their wines in the best conditions.

Come and join us to sample some choice wines as well as great quality cuisine prepared by the WINE-derful team.
A short tour of the cellar can be arranged on site.

The evening will be hosted by the skilled wine sommelier Brett Weng from La Chapelle.
