Join organisational coach Clive Leach for this exciting presentation in which he’ll share how positive psychology – ‘The Science of What Makes Life Worth Living’ – is being applied globally within the business, government and education sectors.
The speaker will draw on both the latest research and his own international coaching experience working with people from a wide range of professional backgrounds, including an ongoing well-being programme at the Taipei European School. He will share how leaders, executives and educators can apply evidence-based approaches to enhance their own and others’ well-being, resilience, mental toughness and achievement in work, study and life.
This is vital because, in today’s VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex & Ambiguous) world, safeguarding your capacity to feel good and function well in the face of challenge and opportunity is an increasingly important requirement. The speaker will argue that you also need to be pro-active in protecting against the increasing levels of anxiety, stress and depression being reported in both adults and young people, which impact negatively on engagement, performance, productivity and profitability.
This lively and engaging talk will enable you to:
- Better understand what well-being is and how it can be measured
- Learn about PERMA as the foundation to enhancing well-being, engagement and performance in work, school and life
- Get some practical evidence-based tools and tips that can be applied to enhance well-being, resilience and mental toughness for you, your teams, your organisations and your families.
