The ECCT’s Family Friendly Alliance is arranging a series of workshops with the purpose of discussing the latest trends and sharing best practices aimed at creating a family friendly environment in Taiwan.

The first seminar will share some of the best practices of leading multinationals enterprises to make their working policies and workplaces flexible and friendly to help young parents with child rearing.     

About the FFA
The ECCT’s Family Friendly Alliance (FFA) is a platform for collaboration among various stakeholders to address the challenges resulting from Taiwan’s low birth-rate and ageing population. The platform was created in recognition of the fact that Taiwan has one of the world’s the lowest birth rates and rapidly ageing populations, which can only be addressed through partnerships between the relevant private and public organisations.
