Young women who wish to pursue career goals and also have children have always had to face the dilemma of having to choose one over the other. In a generation where the birth rate in Taiwan has hit a record low, making important life choices regarding career plans, marriage and pregnancy have become a crucial challenge for young couples of childbearing age. However, modern reproductive medical techniques have given women the option to delay pregnancy and thereby allow them pursue career development until they are ready. Egg freezing is not just the magic to pause the biological clock, but also to take control of your life, maintain career development and create happier families. In this webinar, our guest speaker will share fertility health concepts with the audience based on her personal experience.

This, the third in a webinar series, has been arranged for the purpose of discussing the latest trends and sharing best practices aimed at creating a family friendly environment in Taiwan.

About the speaker
Tseng Wanting is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Taipei Medical Technology Company and the Chairman of Taiwan Egg Freezing Association (TEFA). She is also the Founder & CEO of Wisp Ltd International. She holds an MA in Innovation Design Engineering from Imperial College London in the UK and an EMBA in biotechnology from Taipei Medical University.

The ECCT’s Family Friendly Alliance (FFA) is a platform for collaboration among various stakeholders to address the challenges resulting from Taiwan’s low birth-rate and ageing population. The platform was created in recognition of the fact that Taiwan has one of the world’s the lowest birth rates and rapidly ageing populations, which can only be addressed through partnerships between the relevant private and public organisations.
