Does Taiwan tech/IP policy pass the test? The ECCT’s IPR Committee conducted a survey of ECCT members' intellectual property concerns and issues. This event will reveal the results and provide some inside information on intellectual-property issues in Taiwan. Don’t miss the opportunity to learn about the status of patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade-secrets and domain-names, which are front-and-centre for European companies' Taiwan business.

About the speaker

John Eastwood is co-chair of the ECCT's IPR Committee and a managing partner of the Eiger law firm. He has many years of experience working with European companies on their IP and technology matters and has worked closely with prominent academics and government officials on IP policy issues. He is concurrently the Treasurer on the ECCT’s Board of Directors.
