The ECCT’s Low Carbon Initiative (LCI) in 2020 established “Green Finance, ESG and CPPA” Working Group, led by the PwC, the WG Leader, that organises quarterly meetings for the LCI members.

On 19 January, the LCI and PwC will facilitate the 1st WG meeting of 2022 in collaboration with Taiwan government and stakeholders on promoting ESG & sustainable investment, fair and transparent green electricity trading in Taiwan. At the event guest speakers from the EPA and representatives from ECCT LCI member companies: TÜV Rheinland, L'Oréal, Taipei 101 and PwC will give presentations and engage the topics of carbon footprint verification, energy conservation in buildings, renewable energy trading, and a summary of 2021 Taiwan CPPA’s status. This meeting is open to all ECCT members.
