The 5G era is approaching. The speed of communication and information flow between people will be more rapid, and affect the consumption behaviour of consumers. In this new era, how can brands best use new technology and media to communicate and engage more effectively with consumers?
As a leading media advertising company, GroupM launched its Consumer Eye Project to explore how technology and innovation is changing consumers’ daily lives, examine how new media usage is affecting the shopping behaviour of consumers, and also discover how such trends impact media, advertising and marketing strategies.
At this event, among other subjects, our speakers will cover the following:
- How consumers think and are responding to technology
- How to engage more effectively with consumers given faster and shorter consumer purchase journeys
- The importance of omni channel integration
- How to retain consumers by utilizing data collection and usage.
