ECCT members and guests are all kindly invited to attend the 2015 Autumn Wine Tasting Dinner at Monsieur L Restaurant featuring exclusive Burgundy wines from Domaine Chanson.

Domaine Chanson has been handcrafting exceptional wines for over 250 years at their unique Domaine in the heart of Burgundy, one of the oldest ‘houses' of Beaune and also one of the larger owners of Beaune premier cru vineyards. With a profound passion for Burgundy's finest appellations, the Chanson team gracefully expresses the specific terroir of each parcel of land.

The Domaine comprises 45 hectares of vineyards located exclusively in Premiers and Grands Crus including Beaune, Chassagne-Montrachet, Pernard-Vergelesses and Corton-Vergennes.

In the purest of Burgundian tradition, ageing of wines in oak barrels takes place in Chanson's own Bastion, a medieval tower which shelters the wines throughout the process.

About the Monsieur L Restaurant

Monsieur L Restaurant offers a fusion of Italian, French and western cuisine. The restaurant is located at the Minsheng Community in Taipei, a quiet neighbourhood that has luxuriant trees. The decor of the interior is simple but sophisticated. The black and white photographs on the walls, in addition to the bushes and flowers outside the window, create a European style atmosphere that provides guests a peaceful and cozy refuge from the noisy city.

Monsieur L's open kitchen and the glass window of the pastry kitchen serve as a showcase to present its amazing cuisine and alluring desserts.

The evening will be hosted by the skilled wine connoisseur Ms Megan Huang, the brand ambassador of Chanson from Creation Wine & Spirit Inc., which has been cultivating the market for choice wines in Taiwan since 1997.
