ECCT members and guests are all kindly invited to attend the next exciting Wine Tasting Event at Bianco Italian Restaurant:
Bianco is a restaurant run by the great Italian food importer The Green Olive. Their amazingly high quality selection of fresh cheese, truffle and extra virgin olive oil, etc. is the reason we chose them for this latest event, in the hope we will be able to maximise your food & wine experience!
Wine & Art are two words that have gone hand in hand as long as the wine itself came into existence. Wine has always been one of the main "inspirers" behind art in whichever form it manifests due to its quality of freeing people's mind from inhibition... Moreover, wine has been and is considered a form of art in its own right, with many artworks praising its qualities, beauty and power to enchant.
Tuscany, the birthplace of the Renaissance and one of the most well-known Italian wine regions is one of the places the best represents this magic bond between art & wine, therefore the area of choice for this original Event.
Throughout the dinner, we will explore two great Tuscan wineries which have a special & intrinsic relationship with the artistic world and that they consider art as the essential tool to communicate the essence of their products. We will also understand more about the connection between Art & Wine by looking at the past as well as the present.
The evening will be hosted by the Italian wine connoisseur Mr. Alessandro Zuttioni who will passionately guide you through the wines and their stories.
