We regret to inform you that the ECCT trip to Kaohsiung, originally scheduled for 29 August, has been cancelled.
The event has been cancelled by Kaohsiung City Government officials in the wake of the gas explosion in Kaohsiung on 31 July, which has necessitated a dedication of all available city government resources to the disaster relief, recovery and reconstruction efforts.
We apologise to all members for any inconvenience that this may cause.
The ECCT secretariat will remain in touch with the Kaohsiung City Government and seek to arrange a trip to Kaohsiung when the situation in the city improves.
