Dear Members,

2021 has been an extraordinary year and the ECCT's operations have been hugely impacted, as have every business'. In the circumstances, it is all the more important for the Board of Directors and Secretariat to understand how members feel about the services and activities the Chamber has provided this year. We therefore ask for your help in completing the 2021 Members' Survey. Your answers help the Board of Directors and Secretariat to determine what actions to take to improve the operation of the Chamber in 2022.
