Taiwan’s wind energy sector is at a critical juncture. While over 300 turbines are now operational in the Taiwan Strait, progress in the next stage of development has slowed. If Taiwan is to meet its ambitious targets for 13GW of wind energy by 2030, a number of challenges will need to be addressed.
This event offers a timely opportunity to explore the latest prospects and challenges facing Taiwan’s offshore wind energy development. With expertise in energy policy, industrial safety, and environmental protection, our guest speaker plays a key role in Taiwan's energy policy advancements. At the event, he will share insights on upcoming policies and strategies that are set to shape Taiwan’s renewable energy landscape in 2025 and beyond. Join us to gain valuable perspectives and to discuss the future of Taiwan’s energy independence and sustainability.
