The ECCT's Low Carbon Initiative (LCI) and PwC organised the first 2022 quarterly meeting of the "Green Finance, ESG and CPPA Working Group". The working group, established in 2020 by the LCI and led by PwC, organises quarterly meetings for LCI members.

The first meeting of 2022 was arranged in collaboration with the Taiwan government and corporate stakeholders on promoting ESG & sustainable investment, and fair and transparent green electricity trading in Taiwan. At the event, guest speakers from the EPA (Director Dr Tsai Ling-yi) and representatives from ECCT member companies TÜV Rheinland, L'Oréal, Taipei 101 and PwC gave presentations and engaged in discussions on the topics of carbon footprint verification, energy conservation in buildings, renewable energy trading, and a summary of 2021 Taiwan CPPA's status. Over 80 participants attended the meeting.
