On 25 March, the ECCT Low Carbon Initiative together with SEMI Taiwan CEO Terry Tsao and LCI Member Schneider Electric Sr. Manager Dr. Raymond Ko interviewed with Wim Chang, the Deputy Executive Director of Delta Electronics Foundation also the DJ of the radio program Climate Battle in Taiwan, IC Broadcasting Co., Ltd. for introducing Green Energy Storage in Smart Grid Forum on 28 March 2014 in Hsin-chu Taiwan. Dr. Ko from Schneider Electric disclosed the niche and challenges of "smart-smart grids" development worldwide.
