The ECCT's Low Carbon Initiative (LCI) Delegation this afternoon met with the EPA Minister Dr LEE Ying-Yuan 環保署李應元署長 to discuss improving the EIA process, and exchange opinions on Taiwan's policies and European industrial solutions of material/ waste management and circular economy.
