On 29 April, the ECCT LCI will meet up with Tainan Mayor William Lai Ching-te (台南市長賴清德) who is to introduce the city's major low carbon projects  on  transportation, buildings, urban planning and  the smart city itself.  The meeting aims to share the best practices and solutions from European countries and to further create opportunites for ECCT-Tainan collaboration.
