The ECCT's Low Carbon Initiative proudly welcomes International Climate Development Institute (ICDI) 國際氣候發展智庫 to be the 60th member of the LCI!

International Climate Development Institute (ICDI) is a non-profit organization which concerns the right of development under climate change impacts. By providing its professional knowledge and skills on climate governance, this think tank engages in planning and implementing of national climate policy with the PPP approach; supporting local communities and vulnerable groups on capacity building to achieve climate-resilient and sustainable lives.

ICDI regularly participated in significant climate conference e.g. UNFCCC/COP and GCF Board Meeting. ICDI is one of the members of CAN-International, the representative of UNFCCC/COP ENGO (Environmental non-governmental organization), and is also an official partner with ICLEI.
