The ECCT’s Low Carbon Initiative (LCI) in 2020 established “Green Finance, ESG and CPPA” Working Group, that organises quarterly meetings for the LCI members. The PwC is serving as the leader of the working group.

The 1st WG meeting of 2023 will discuss government policies of helping corporates reduce carbon emissions in building, mobility sector, and purchasing renewable energy. The distinguished speakers invited to the event are: Wu Sheng-Chung, Commissioner, Dept. of Environmental Protection, Taipei City Government (台北市政府環境保護局局長 吳盛忠), Huang Chih-Wen, Chief of 6^th Division Section, Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection, MOEA (經濟部標準檢驗局 第六組組長 黃志文), Dr. Wei-Ming Huang, Technical Superintendent, Office of Climate Change, EPA (行政院環保署技監兼氣候辦公室副主任 黃偉鳴), Lu Chun-Hung, Director of PwC Taiwan (資誠聯合會計師事務所副總經理 呂俊宏), Tsai Yi-Tai, Partner, PwC Taiwan (資誠聯合會計師事務所執業會計師 蔡亦臺), and David Lin, Business Development Director, Scania Taiwan (永德福汽車企業發展總監 林日尉).
