RT-MART International Ltd. was established in 1996, and has 21 stores in Taiwan. It employs more than 5000 workers. Turnover is more than NT$30 billion.

In July 2022, PX-Mart Group (the No.1 supermarket chain group in Taiwan, with a market share of 65%, and annual revenue of NT$150 billion) officially acquired the equity and management rights of Taiwan RT-Mart hypermarket from the French Auchan Group. RT-Mart will retain the original brand name, RT-Mart hypermarket and PX-Mart Supermarket will jointly operate with dual brands.
