EBAT is a non-profit, non-political association of professionals interested in developing relationships and facilitating trade between Europe and Taiwan. Members of EBAT include both businesses and individuals, predominantly but not exclusively from European countries and Taiwan.

EBAT Mission To serve the needs of those European countries individuals and companies that are not yet represented in Taiwan or could benefit from the Association.

EBAT is dedicated to advancing members’ trade and business activities through developing business opportunities, making business contacts, and facilitating the exchange of information.

EBAT Vision To provide business opportunities and facilitate cooperation between member-countries and Taiwan, thus improving bilateral trade, cultural exchange and business practices.

EBAT Objectives  
• help individuals and companies in Europe looking to do business or set up operations in Taiwan  
• help individuals or companies in Taiwan looking to do business or set up operations in Europe  
• link members of the European communities in Taiwan  
• provide a forum for networking opportunities  
• provide access to relevant business information
• generally foster business, trade, investments and cooperation between the countries  
• increase awareness about European countries in Taiwan  

Services EBAT’s scope of services consists of providing basic information about member countries, assisting in organizing business events and market entries to business center services
