enerVest is a subsidiary of InfraVest Group of Germany, and its main business focuses on the development and investment of renewable energy.

InfraVest Group came to Taiwan in 2000, brought windpower to Taiwan, and have developed, invested, financed and built wind farms, ca. 400MW onshore wind farms and photovoltaic farms, and invested over EUR 500 mil in Taiwan. Along with the development work, we also assisted setting up a legal framework for renewable energy development.

德能公司（enerVest Co., Ltd.）隸屬德國英華威集團（InfraVest Group），目前專注台灣本土離岸風電開發。本集團是最早扎根台灣的綠能開發商，近20年來協助政府建立各類綠能相關的法律框架，奠定台灣發展再生能源之根基。

德國InfraVest集團2000年來台協助規劃綠能政策架構，並首度將風力發電從歐洲引進台灣。迄今開發、興建及運營的陸上風機達174台、約400MW，總額近250億新台幣。德能及其關聯企業目前重心放在離岸風電的開發。
